Summary
Tim will discuss the current cybersecurity trends and real challenges business are facing with a new wave of threats. He will look into the common ways organisations are protecting themselves, and also why this isn’t working. He will then look at how automation can provide an alternative and disruptive approach to doing this at scale, and some evidence to support actually doing it.
Presenter Profile
Tim joined SSS after 2 years at ACC as the Chief Architect across their large Transformation Programme. Prior to joining ACC, he was the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Dimension Data and before that, an Enterprise Architect for a large Australasian insurer. He is a futurist, innovator and holistic thinker in everything technology. Outside of work, he enjoys motorcycling, anything internet of things. He has a passion for electric vehicles, sustainable living and geeky gadgets including a fully automated home.
