Paul Platen is a Cyber Security professional with extensive experience designing, deploying and consulting on technology solutions in the field of PKI and Identity Management. His specific areas of expertise include:
- User and device authentication
- Encryption of data at rest/transit
- PKI Deployments (on-premise, Managed Service and Hybrid architectures)
- Digital signatures for client on-boarding in paper-less environments and
- Biometric solutions for user identification and non-repudiation.
In recent years, Paul has been involved in designing and implementing solutions tailored to the Financial Services industry (client on-boarding, transaction security, PKI for authentication and Digital Signatures, etc) and Government departments (National ID Card, Fraud management, PKI for Authentication, Digital Signatures and Transaction Security, etc) for the improvement of their security maturity and improved business efficiencies.
