Join Privacy Commissioner John Edwards for a presentation on the new Privacy Act 2020, which will come into force on 1 December this year. The Act introduces a number of new privacy protections for individuals and obligations for businesses, including mandatory privacy breach notifications, access directions, and compliance notices. The Commissioner will explain these changes and outline what they will mean for businesses and organisations in practice.
